Maintained and validated disaster recovery-focused data and plans, completing DR exercises and fielding internal/external audit requests. Served as liaison to the company’s biggest client-facing division. ⮞ Engineered the global launch, update, and support of the Maestro RS application—now known as the business continuity module of ServiceNow—refining the solution to align with existing documentation, policies, and standards. -Trained ~400 users via 40+ live (WebEx) classes. Established a user library with training sessions supplemented by a 35-page reference guide and other documentation.
