I act as an independent Non-Executive Director and an independent Investment Committee Member and financial consultant to a number of regulated entities. I also provide coaching and training to a number of local companies involved in the Investment Funds industry in Malta. Since 2013 I have been lecturing within the Banking and Finance Department of the University of Malta. Between 2008 and 2013, I worked for HSBC Securities Services (Malta) Ltd., as Senior Manager Financial Reporting and Analysis. Between 2001 and 2008 I worked for Valletta Fund Management Ltd, and later for Valletta Fund Services Ltd and for Bank of Valletta International Ltd between 1995 and 2001. I am a qualified Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the Malta Institute of Accountants. I have over 20 years of experience within the Investment Funds industry and also hold a Master’s of Science Degree in Finance from the University of Leicester.
