I am an Experience Delivery Manager working with Accenture Ireland as a Delivery Lead for a large-scale agile Data Factory, within Financial Services. I work with a diverse set of cross-functional, multi-location teams and Senior Stakeholders to lead agile deliveries to meet regulatory commitments and bring value to our clients and their customers. I hold a Masters Degree in Business Management from DCU and a Research Masters Degree in Chemistry from Trinity College Dublin. I am also a SAFe Certified Scrum Master, with experience using the Altassian Toolset. I have multiple years’ experience working in project management on large-scale digital and core banking transformations. From this, I have developed excellent teamworking, leadership and communication skills which I have combined with deep analytical skills from my scientific background to make me a versatile and unique colleague. I enjoy working at the intersection of Business and Technology, bringing a Customer-Centric viewpoint on how Technology can transform and improve the world we live in. I strive to challenge myself by identifying opportunities and taking risks, to learn something new at every step.
