As Director I oversee four direct reports. As a team, we are responsible for all aspects of servicing a commercial loan portfolio of approximately 900 loans with a balance exceeding $5B. I am responsible for day-to-day management of the Portfolio Management group as well as creating and monitoring any projects that may arise. I assist the Managing Director with all staffing hires, performance reviews, and developing company goals. In addition to management responsibilities, I service several life insurance company commercial real estate portfolios. These responsibilities include boarding new loans, monitoring payments, monitoring and, if necessary, collecting tax and insurance escrow funds, making appropriate disbursements, collecting and spreading annual financial statements, completing annual financial analyses, reviewing annual property inspections, monitoring escrows and reserves, collecting timely rent rolls, reviewing and analyzing all Borrower requests, and processing the payoff and release of loans. Additionally, I am responsible for reviewing and approving cash disbursements.

As a Client Relations Manager, I serviced several life insurance commercial real estate portfolios. The responsibilities of this position included monitoring payments, monitoring and, if necessary, collecting tax and insurance escrow funds, making appropriate disbursements, collecting and spreading annual financial statements, completing annual financial analyses, reviewing annual property inspections, monitoring escrows and reserves, collecting timely rent rolls, and reviewing/analyzing all Borrower requests.Following my one-year anniversary, I was promoted to a Senior Client Relations Manager position. The responsibilities of this position include developing, presenting, and monitoring the status of projects for Client Relations Managers on behalf of the Assistant Vice Presidents as well as being the first point of contact for all questions and problems that arose on the floor. Additional responsibilities included conducting final approval for CMBS Lease Reviews. This position included introductory supervisory responsibilities.

Serviced a portfolio of sale-leaseback real estate properties. The responsibilities of this position included monitoring payments, monitoring and, if necessary, collecting tax and insurance escrow funds, making appropriate disbursements, monitoring percentage rents (both tracking sales statements and processing payments), monitoring rental increases, and filing and paying Sales Taxes to both Florida and Arizona.
