I'm currently considering my options for the future having recently left RBS/NatWest Group after 41 years.Latterly I led a small team of specialists/SME's in the area of UK Domestic Payments within the Payments department in Services within RBS. My team provided core Product Management services to the wider RBS organisation, ensuring that we deliver a high quality payments service to our customer franchises, enabling them to provide innovative and reliable payment services to their customers. I am also heavily involved as an SME in the RBSG Structural Reform programme, and support the banks proposals for branch and customer divestment under the EC remedies.I am a fully qualified banker with over 40 years experience in many areas including payments, product management and development, large corporate sales, and settlement risk.I've served as RBSG Board Director on BACS Payment Schemes Limited for over 9 years, and Board Director on Faster Payments Scheme Limited for 5 years, chairing several industry committees in support of the strategic aims and development of the schemes.Expert in UK Payments & Settlement - BACS & Faster Payments in particular, with good knowledge of Chaps.Specialties: UK Payment Schemes - BACS and Faster Payments, in terms of Customer propositions, Product/Service Lines, Rules & Procedures & Development Projects
