Tasked with developing the Para-Athletics Athlete Pathway, I work with athletes, coaches, clubs and organizations to improve performance, streamline opportunities and build knowledge with the Canadian context of the Paralympic Sport of Track and Field.

Educated Ontarians about sport for persons with Cerebral Palsy. Inspired & motivated athletes, coaches and parents to get involved. Lead camps, clinics and created resources.

Provided oversight and program information to Ontario based athletes with Cerebral Palsy. Lead clinics and camps in Ontario and abroad. Liaised with able bodied track and field clubs/team/meet directors to ensure integration of athletes into mainstream track and field competitions.

Provided oversight and program information to Ontario based wheelchair racers. Lead clinics and camps in Ontario and abroad. Liaised with able bodied track and field clubs/team/meet directors to ensure integration of athletes into mainstream track and field competitions.

Designed and managed training programs for Windsor based athletes with physical disabilities from grassroots to podium level of participation. Also implemented marketing & promotions of the program, lead event management in the community, and oversaw a number of volunteer coaches.

Worked within team coaching environment under the tutilage of Dennis Fairall. Planned, implemented and monitored collegiate level training plans for athletes focused on 300-600m race distances.

Provided oversight for developing track and field athletes with cerebral palsy and their coaches. Managed camps and national team projects for CCPSA in Canada and abroad.
