About David Greig

Appointed Thiess Group Executive - Australia West in early 2023, after MACA joined the Thiess Group in late 2022. Prior to this he was CEO of ASX Listed MACA Ltd. Broad experience in the construction, open cut and underground mining sectors across Australia, as well as international postings in Texas, Kentucky, Alberta and Chile. More recently he's contributed to operations in Cambodia and Brazil. He has successfully led the development and execution of growth, consolidation and diversification strategies within these competitive markets. Led Strategy & Growth at MACA before taking on the Chief Operating Officer role in 2020. He was elevated to the position of MACA Chief Executive Officer mid 2022, prior to MACA joining the Thiess Group in November 2022.
