The Director of Sales is responsible for reaching sales targets and profitability levels for ThermoTek’s Industrial and Aesthetics Division and it responsible for the overall coordination, functional management, and leadership of all of the sales and marketing functions within this department. The Director of Sales is also responsible for ensuring that the Sales Department conforms to the company quality system procedures as documented.The Director of Sales is responsible for the establishment of both annual and monthly sales objectives in coordination with the Company’s strategic business plan, providing an annual sales plan, determining product pricing and providing updates, revisions and modifications to the plan. The Director of Sales is responsible for selecting and evaluating sales personnel, documenting field performance, and reporting sales performance to senior management. In addition, the Director of Sales may function as a Sales Account Representative.
