Duties Included but not limited to:-Supervised an upgrade for sound insulation within the ceilings of multiple buildings-we had a 2 week period to move homeowners from their units, demo the unit, repair the unit, move them back in-Meet with homeowners to view schedule with them-schedule moving company to come pack and move homeowners belongings into a secured location-schedule prep and demo of unit prior to upgrade-schedule crews to perform the repairs, (insulation, framing, drywall, taping, texturing, painting)-schedule Sound technician to perform random tests on units to provide a detailed report of sound improvements to clients-meet with homeowners to do a quality check on home prior to moving them back inThis was very unique time frame as we had to move the homeowner from their home, pack their belongings and move them to a secure location. We had a 14 day time schedule to perform all the required work and have the homeowners back in their home as if they had never left. We had lots of positive feedback throughout the process and it was a great opportunity to learn how different people react to situations.
