Duties:• To effectively lead and coordinate the mobile fleet maintenance execution and planning teams to ensure the Assets are maintained safely, efficiently and to quality specifications without compromising the Mine Plan or integrity of asset.Key responsibilities:• Promote and demonstrate Zero Harm, ensure risks are assessed, controlled and compliance with legislation and safety systems and procedures.• Apply a consistent approach to asset reliability monitoring, utilizing work management standards to enhance and sustain preventative maintenance practices.• Ensure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with planned timeframes, quality requirements, customer service levels and operating efficiency.• Mentor and lead the team, set annual employee performance objectives/expectations and development plans, perform annual evaluations, ensuring identified training and development compliance, including but not limited to coaching, motivating and discipline.• Ensure departmental budgets are maintained.
