Duties:• To effectively lead and coordinate the mobile fleet maintenance execution and planning teams to ensure the Assets are maintained safely, efficiently and to quality specifications without compromising the Mine Plan or integrity of asset.Key responsibilities:• Promote and demonstrate Zero Harm, ensure risks are assessed, controlled and compliance with legislation and safety systems and procedures.• Apply a consistent approach to asset reliability monitoring, utilizing work management standards to enhance and sustain preventative maintenance practices.• Ensure all maintenance is carried out in accordance with planned timeframes, quality requirements, customer service levels and operating efficiency.• Mentor and lead the team, set annual employee performance objectives/expectations and development plans, perform annual evaluations, ensuring identified training and development compliance, including but not limited to coaching, motivating and discipline.• Ensure departmental budgets are maintained.

• Key Responsibilities:•Workforce planning oversight, recruitment, employee performance management. •Mentor, coach, develop an effective high performing maintenance team, succession planning for all employees. •Health, safety, environment of all personnel. •Project Management of Autonomous Haul Truck Fleet (CAT 793 & Komatsu 930E) major component replacement/backlog maintenance program in conjunction with Asset Management Fortescue Metals Group. •Project Management of Autonomous Drill Rig conversions major component replacement and backlog maintenance program on behalf of Asset Management Fortescue Metals Group. •Project Management of the Commissioning/Delivery Program (site interface between OEM’s and Client) of various Fleet supplied to Asset Management Fortescue Metals Group. •Mobile Fleet Maintenance Labour Hire: Project Management, supplied to multiple clients though out Western Australia Mining. •Asset Management of Worx Equipment Fleet and general Dry Hire reliability Project Management. •Provide leadership to project resources and stakeholders, to meet the demands of the project and operational imperatives. •Develop practical solutions to challenges in a timely manner and foster a working culture of high performance, resilience, integrity, and delivery excellence. •Extensive stakeholder engagement sustaining relationships with multiple mining and contracting clients throughout Western Australia Mining.
