Within my tenure I was involved in the transaction of $150,000,000 worth of development sites ranging from high density apartment sites within Melbournes CBD, medium density development sites within the city fringe and land subdivisions across Metropolitan Melbourne. I now follow my true passion in new Home Construction as a Construction Manager for Porter Davis Homes, along with completing my own projects. It is a profession I truly love. Everything from seeing soil being turned for the first time, challenging myself to solve the day to day problems when things don't go to plan, to handing over keys at the end and of it all and seeing a big smile on my clients faces genuinely rewards me with the biggest sense of satisfaction that I have ever felt.
