With a strong focus on quality, efficiency and control I have achieved significant cost savings through continuous processes improvement and automation. Recent wins include a 30% reduction in costs by creating a processing hub in a lower cost location and re-engineering business processes to migrate work to this new site without adverse impact on customers, business or financial performance. Other achievements include reduction of 50% in accounts receivables during 2010 & 2011 despite credit crisis and increasing default rates.
