• To proactively partner, oversee & provide guidance to the regional lead (AVP Supply Chain Management) in support of their various initiatives including but limited to - coordinate locally the EU Supply Chain Transformation project support including NPV calculations and overall financial project tracking across divisions using support from SCM Finance (NJ)- support SCM AVP in delivering on P&L budget including Value Capture target and headcount- support efforts to meet or exceed working capital targets of Inventory for products managed out of the end to end planning group in EMEA- lead for Finance the Hub EMEA business processes, including the regional S&OP and Inventory Questionable Value-inventory management process. - provide input and support for the SAP Comet implementations in EMEA, including the interfaces with the EMEA SCM Hub and the MMD financial considerations of the new model. Provide change management support across MMD Finance for Comet and trade route changes within EMEA.

Manufacturing Finance Project Lead – European Trading model changes• Lead the Manufacturing Finance co-ordination of trade route changes that will impact legacy Schering Plough European hub.• Provide input and support for the SAP implementations for legacy Schering Plough European hub entity, including the interfaces with internal and external tollers and Regional Distribution Center, and the Manufacturing financial considerations of the new model• Ensure interfaces with Global finance systems are designed and delivered• Lead the organisation change for the Manufacturing Finance organisations impacted• Provide change management support across Manufacturing Finance for SAP implementation and trade route changes• Provide interim business partnering support for European Hub group

Plant Controller – Schering Plough – Hérouville Saint ClairActing as the financial Business Partner for the site leadership team of the Herouville Manufacturing & Distribution site (about 400 eployees). Responsible for the successful completion of the month-end accounting close process according to GAAP and company policies and procedures, ensure that financial data is used appropriately and in a timely manner to inform and guide the site team to action.Description of the tasks, competences and responsibilities:• Acting as a Business Partner of the Site Leadership team, being responsible of influencing the decisions and informing on financial impact to assure plant meets corporate targets, and is able to ensure that the site is ‘fit for the future’• Coach & develop 7 direct reports• Directing and managing the Finance function to ensure that Corporate reporting deadlines and requirements are met on a consistent basis• Liaise with wider French Finance to ensure accurate and timely completion of local GAAP accounts • Responsible for the management reporting of actuals, forecasts & budget for the full site activities• Ensuring that appropriate and adequate internal controls are in place and that the site operates in accordance with corporate procedures. To include liaising with internal and external audit teams• Responsible for providing financial support and guidance for all site investments, MPS and other projects, to quantify financial impact and ensure consistency with overall strategy• Implement Six Sigma tools within finance to ensure on-going efficiency• Contribute to the development of local strategic plans
