As part of my role as Corporate Development Manager - Digitalization, I have been providing operational and strategic support to senior management (CEO & CFO) of a strategic holding company for several years. I am responsible for the group’s digitalization strategy, focusing on internal processes, products, and business models. I lead the AI initiative to broaden the usage of generative AI tools and work closely with the Managing Directors as well as the strategic Group functions.I have experience and a passion to develop people and organizations by implementing strategic initiatives. In order to develop organizations, I consider Change Management und Communications as a serious factor for success. My other responsibilities include project management for the implementation of a digital service platform and the product development of a digital visual quality assurance solution.
