David is a Vancouver-based entrepreneur and real estate investor. In 2008, he returned from Canada to Hong Kong to deal with land, creditors' rights, and obligations. A new wave of home buyers hit Hong Kong in 2014. So, he started CBI-Investment Ltd - Investing, integrating, and planning projects. His company invested in Canadian single-family homes in 2016 and, in 2017, began a co-op townhouse project. In 2018, he acquired 12,000 acres of forest property in China's Greater Bay Area for a garden resort project. David met several students and noticed their struggles, so he researched the issues. He noted that Canada is a popular destination for higher education, with millions of students enrolling annually, generating significant revenue for Canada. In Jan 2022, he created his first company, AirU, to assist students with daily living issues in Canada.
