I’ve seen and done a lot over my 20+ years with the Breville group (Sage Appliances in Europe).The most enjoyable journey so far has centred around the growth of quality coffee at home. Firstly in Aus, then for my last 13+ years in Europe and next the Middle East.My philosophy is simple. We win one cup at a time. And we help consumers achieve their perfect cup regardless if you are a barista or someone who hates the thought of putting all the effort in and just wants great coffee; simply. It’s a pleasure to sell and represent a brand or products that genuinely makes peoples morning or days better.We don’t always get it right. And with the growth we’ve enjoyed, sometimes we miss a few things. But we always look backwards and forwards trying to improve.My passion is to help my team achieve their best. The team is diverse. Leading them to a single goal is something I’m always learning and likely may never fully master, but it keeps me on my toes as it’s just so damn exciting.
