Its Main HQ is in the UK with offices in US, China, Australia, India, and Netherland. Halma is a FTSE 100 company with over fifty subsidiaries and Fortress is one of them. Business migrated from regional leadership to functional leadership and was promoted to regional leader for 2 functions. Transformed the China hub from small office with no production to managing the whole China Supply Chain for global. - Transferred 55% of the Global sub-assembly manufacturing to China. - Output Made in China in hub from 0 to 4+M USD from 2020 to today.- Operation headcounts growth from 3 to 25+ in a similar timeline. - Moving all suppliers to ship through the China Hub, instead of direct to UK, US, AUS. Allowing for better quality control and global stock reduction. - Created from scratch multiple analytical tools across multiple platform, including Salesforce, Power BI, Excel, Sheets for Marketing, Sales and Ops.- Created and implement Operation Strategy for China and Australia sites.- Created a technical support team in APAC for local customers. - Oversee APAC from technical sales standpoint.

Promoted to GM after joining the business for three months. In charge of Overall Strategy, Sales and Operation in China with P&L responsibility. In the last 2 years, we did the following:- Clearly mapped out the situation in China and created overall strategy for the business and execution.- Implemented full production capabilities in China creating 30-40% savings resulting in half a million USD in savings yearly to the global business.- Restructured the sales team to match better our needs in China, with YOY growth of 50%.- These changes increased the team from 10 to 24 and looking at 30+ by next year.

My initial role involved diverse responsibilities at Fortress:- Kick started business plan to have production in China.- Conducted an investigation into the status of the market and sales structure.- Pushed diverse key projects that need special attention. - The main goal was to bring clarity on China which at the time was a ten people team mostly focused on sales.

Rudolf Riester (Subsidiary of Halma plc) is a German company focused on providing medical devices for the generalist doctor. It does so by both designing and producing its own products and working with white labels OEM. Riester is also a subsidiary of Halma. I took on the following:- Assessed the current team of six Engineers and status of the projects in China and made structural changes that were needed. - Developed new digital diagnosis products and digitalization of existing products (Vital Signs Monitors, Examination Camera, Thermometry) for the core business and niche market.- Scouted innovative technologies and potential partnership opportunities that could accelerate Riester Digital transformation, including AI screening technologies for diabetic retinopathy DR screening. Collaborated with a team across Halma to find potential partners, created business plan and pitched to Halma for investment.
