- Management of existing North American and international accounts.- Development of new international accounts (Mexico, Israel and the Middle East).- Management of an export program to England (Carcassing).

- Writing of a Quality management process and of a conformity product technical file to control the conformity with the French and European technical requirements for the manufacturing of timber‐frame buildings.

In a company acting as an export department for different timber‐frame building manufacturers in Canada:- Estimate the feasibility (financial) to transfer the Canadian timber‐frame building system in Slovakia, via the setting‐up of a manufacturing unit in the region of Kosice to Spisska Nova Ves.

In a company created and managed by a French architect, manufacturer of tropical wood furniture, with a project to enlarge his factory:- Organize the production tool in the new workshop in association with the workers and the manager, as well as estimate the investment.
