In my career I have worked a full range of Depot level aircraft sheet metal and aircraft mechanic duties including, but not limited to, disassemble, modify, repair and reassemble flight critical components and complex aircraft sheet metal parts & systems, including T-6 Rib 1 modifications, bulkheads, airframe spars, formers, wing, flaps, ailerons, fuselages, skins, Truss ribs, flap actuators, landing gear inspections, hydraulic system checks, nacelle build up and repairs, gussets and internal and external fuel tanks on P-3 Orion, F/A-18 Legacy, F/A-18 Super Hornets, H-60 Seahawks, H-60 Pavehawks, T-44 Pegasus, and the T-6 Texan. I have extensive experience as a journeyman Sheet metal Mechanic (Aircraft). Also, a high degree of knowledge/skills in other related trades and good working knowledge in all trades. I have a working knowledge of most aircraft trades. I have a broad knowledge of available machines and equipment and the types of operations they perform. Additionally, I have a thorough knowledge of various processes applicable to the specified trade skill and others specifically associated with aircraft applications and techniques.

I have worked in the utilities trade removing and installing numerous components throughout the aircraft, such as bleed air ducts, shut off valves, heat exchangers, floor boards, trim panels, entry ladder, oxygen bottles, seats, and seat tracks etc... I have also performed anti ice system and oxygen system leak checks. While in the Trainer Line Mini-shop/ Small Surface shop I worked on airframe change (AFC) – 74 Rib 1 Mod. It is the complete removal and replacement of the -0013 fitting and its adjoining parts. This job is extremely attention to detail. I was selected to perform this task by my supervisor because of my excellent skill set, knowledge of the aircraft, and blueprints knowledge. I have been instrumental with helping configure the T44 ACI SPEC 2-1.3. I worked with Pattern & Layout to develop a mold so that we could produce new leading edge repairs for the T-44 Upper Fwd. Engine cowling. -
