(Offshore development in Belarus)- Customer Support: Conference calls, Skype chat, update customer priorities and actions with subsidiaries in Taiwan and USA.- Ownership of planning: allocation of tasks, update schedules and individual projects, communication with management and clients, scheduling priorities, risk analysis.- Quality policy software using standards and processes ISO 9001.
