Phase 1: Infrastructure Development* Created new Microsoft Word document templates to increase readability across mobile and desktop platforms while still complying with company style guidelines.* Built and managed multiple Microsoft SharePoint libraries.* Employed Microsoft Lists to generate a visual catalog of warehouse items.* Utilized Microsoft Forms and Power Automate to streamline data collection.* Implemented a PDCA cycle to ensure annual document and video reviews.Phase II: Content Generation* Researched, wrote, illustrated, and distributed technical policy and procedures documentation.* Generated policy and procedures videos. - Many were based upon recorded ad-hoc presentations from subject-matter experts and enhanced with editing and motion graphics. - When circumstances allowed, I also researched, wrote, storyboarded, and narrated more polished productions, creating and animating my own motion graphics when required. * Hosted Microsoft Teams webinars with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). This included utilizing multiple cameras in real time, switching sources using the Blackmagic ATEM Mini Pro.* Generated posters, training / documentation aids, repair tags, and other printed material as requested. * Originated, wrote, edited, and distributed our employee newsletter.All of this was accomplished with minimal budget impact.Every piece of software employed was either previously licensed by the company or was available as freeware / open source. This included (but was not exclusive to): * Microsoft SharePoint / Teams / Word / Excel * DaVinci Resolve 19 - Video editing / Motion graphics * Inkscape - Vector graphics * GIMP - Photo editing and retouching Show less
