• Provide leadership and direction for day-to-day field operations of the assigned projects.• Work with project teams including project managers, project engineers, foreman, and field personnel to deliver successful projects to owners, on time, and on budget.• Coordinate with corresponding trades to maintain project deadlines.• Oversee material procurement and distribution to the assigned project sites.• Produce weekly/monthly production outlooks to better predict field personnel project assignments.• Facilitate training for field personnel to maintain a high level of safety, workmanship, and quality control.• Oversee the use and maintenance of company automobiles and tools.• Schedule all required city and state inspections.

• Install all components required for various HVAC systems.• Sheet metal.• Pipe Fitting.• Low voltage electrical Build, mount and hang conduits to meet the specifications of engineered plans. Bend, cut and couple flexible and rigid conduit systems through new or preexisting walls. String, pull and label wires through conduit systems. Strip, cut and land wires to components. Test wires for conductivity and/or resistance. Measure voltage and amperage to troubleshoot minor problems.• High voltage electrical Conduct Lock Out Tag Out procedures to ensure safety before working with any electrical equipment. Build, mount and hang conduits to meet the specifications of engineered plans. Bend, cut and couple flexible and rigid conduit systems through new or preexisting walls. String, pull and label wires through conduit systems. Strip, cut and land wires to components. Test wires for conductivity and/or resistance. Measure voltage and amperage to troubleshoot minor problems.• Operate small equipment such as: forklifts, scissor lifts, one-man lifts, and boom lifts.• Build temporary and safe structures to access hard to reach areas.• Exercise safe and proper use of power tools.

• Support on site mechanics with the install of all HVAC systems• Set up power cords and work areas for day-to-day tasks.• Clean up during and after each workday.• Move material to and from storage and work areas as needed.• Exercise good attitude and willingness to learn new skill sets.
