I am a long term banking professional with a successful track record in building collaborative teams, improving business processes, and growing business whilst maintaining satisfactory risk outcomes.I have worked in all aspects of banking including: branches, business centers, credit risk, loan management (recoveries and rehabilitation), credit inspection, audit, and compliance.I have very good communication skills, excellent attention to detail, sound analytical skills, good computer skills, and am a self-starter.I am a CPA, have a bachelor of business in banking and finance, a diploma of financial planning and qualifications in training and assessment.I live at Nelson Bay NSW, which is roughly an hour's drive north of Newcastle, where I have worked in a hybrid role since 2015, having previously spent the majority of my career in Sydney.A colleague recently sent me an email where he described me as: “one of the best and most commercial credit managers I have worked with in my 32-year banking career…” which is the way that most people who have worked with me have described me on many occasions.I have always believed in identifying and sharing best practice, and helping colleagues grow to realise their potential.
