EME for WNBU(Wireless Network Business Unit)-Lead and manage global hot quality cases (line alert, line stop, stop shipment, etc)-Regular review/drive end to end quality metrics and make continuous improvement at CM site.-Lead new manufacturing technology introduction and qualification at CM site.-NPI earlier engagement through proto builds to final sustaining and product End of Life.-Value engineering and drive labor/asset cost down from both Ass’y and test.-Drive process optimization and improve productivity through VSM/DMAIC-Audit and bring up strategy CM.-ECN/MCN/Deviation Approval and validation.-CM capacity management.-Tooling NRE and management.

The Main Responsibility is the New Product Introduction for Cisco WNBU new products. And work as the bridge between manufacture team and R&D team to make WNBU more producible.-DFM review of early product from Concept Commitment to A0 release.-New product instroduction from engineering to CM site.-Value engineering-Early Engagement with engineering team regarding new product development.

Main Responsibility is managing the local contracted manufacture to make Echelon products in good quality and be well produced, working as the bridge of Echelon and Contracted manufacture.
