We particularly excelled at design and build projects where we were able to identify value engineering opportunities that still delivered the employer's requirements without compromising on quality. This often gave us opportunities to work with main contractors through the tender or negotiation stages of the proposed project to give an over all value engineered solution, not simply looking at the M&E detached from the building process.
