I was able to implement a teaching-as-research project where I assessed the efficacy of a graduate-school-wide teaching assistant institute and made recommendations for future institutes based on my research. Throughout my teaching development I've focused on the implementation of evidence-based teaching practices to improve the classroom experience for everyone.
