Specifically, I developed and cultivated relationships with key stakeholders and exhorted the benefits of Shift Change's two flagship courses: We Are Trades, intended for management to provide the toolkit for companies to create their own DEI and safe workplace policies, and the Gender Inclusive Leadership course, intended specifically for male supervisors in a groundbreaking ten-week course. Unfortunately the position was grant-funded; so when the grant expired, so did the job.
