CAEDMI was founded in August 2019 as a postgraduate educational institution. In November 2022, the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic licensed the first master’s degree program in Mechatronics and Robotics.

T.H.E. Tech: The Hybrid Engineering Technology, based in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan: to train and develop young engineering professionals, working on Research and Product Development in partnership with leading engineering companies overseas, such as in S.Korea and USA.

- Teaching a course for electrical engineering graduate students at Korea University. Course: Electromechanical Energy Conversion ( dynamics, controls, and applications)

- Developed the Engineering and Business program (2- and 4-year college) curriculum- Completed the local college and University license application and obtained in July 2015 and July 2017, respectively.- Worked on Recruiting college faculty and students- Developed and established the staff/faculty evaluation system- Built relationship with local and international universities and signed MOUs- College prep. course teaching : College Math and Computer
