David Mackay is in the public cloud team enabling mass adoption of AWS with sustainable and repeatable patterns. David has undertaken cloud transformation roles for large government departments, major banks and other Telcos. He has also been involved in innovative startups that delivered transformation like the introduction of 3G and IoT and was highly active during the establishment of significant online marketplaces for real estate, cars, jobs etc. Much of David’s focus has been on the transformation of the IT business model to as-a-service, pay-per-use, infrastructure-as-code. He has a further focus on building and equipping teams to create lasting organisations.
