In my role as a Barback, I am the backend of the operation. My job is to do whatever it takes to make the business successful. Every day looks different. Some days I may be interacting with customers, while others are structured towards stocking things like ice, liquor, and beer. You never know how busy it will be on any specific day, but you can always make it a point of emphasis to put a smile on your face and impact the customer's experience in a positive way. I do what I can to make Courtside a fun and friendly place.

* Organize and distribute gear for 120 players, 16 coaches, and support staff to ensure everyone is prepared.* Assemble practice equipment needed daily for each position group to increase practice efficiently by assisting coaches with all their needs, running chains, and spotting the ball.* Arrange locker room, uniforms, equipment, and specialty items for game day.* Manage the process of collecting, washing, and distributing the laundry to all members.* Inspect and repair broken equipment to ensure player saftey.

At Memories, I have made my way up the ranks. I started off as a host, where I mainly sat people and bussed tables. Then I made it up to the food runner. Where you prepare the meals at the expo station and make sure everything matches what the ticket says. Also, I then started working mornings to make some extra money by prepping the food. This also included stocking all food and unloading trucks that would be dropped off. The position that I currently am in is a server role. I make it my goal to impact the customers. It is very important to make any connections you can with your customers because they're what make up the business. I love what I do, and there's nothing like interacting with others.

 Worked within teams that dealt with assigned tasks while ensuring efficiency within our group. Coordinated and executed the check-in process for VIP guests and Corporate hospitality. Assisted with Corporate Activation while ensuring all Corporate partners were in assigned areas with the materials needed to complete our activation zone. Organized the execution of Training Camp logistics including Camp setup and breakdown. Represented and embraced the Buccaneer brand while providing the best experience to all attendees. Assembled and arranged all signage around camp to bring more excitement to the fans.
