The Deposit Protection Service (The DPS), including both custodial/insured schemes and The Letting Protection Service Scotland (LPS Scotland) are run using the extensive knowledge demonstrated by our experienced team.I am responsible for initiating, developing and maintaining relationships with clients to create an efficient model to support their business. As a service provider in an ever changing industry, we continue to pride ourselves on our independence, innovation and customer service.My aim is to provide a service to our clients that goes above and beyond what is expected, whilst developing their business in order to save them time/effort as a thought leader within this sector.

Manager of the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) team which consisted of Administrators and Case Handlers, who had the task of gathering dispute evidence from Agent's/Landlord's & Tenant's; summarising those cases to ensure both parties were aware of the reasons for claim and raising any queries where necessary. I was responsible for the day to day management of the team, improvement of procedures and gathering of dispute statistics.

I started within Computershare as a Customer Service Representative, dealing with calls and emails regarding all aspects of The Deposit Protection Service and Letting Protection Service Scotland/Northern Ireland, I then moved in to the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Team as a Senior Case Handler with various responsibilities from gathering dispute evidence from Agent's/Landlord's & Tenant's; summarising those cases to ensure both parties were aware of the reasons for claim and raising any queries where necessary. As well as this, I assisted with management of the team and gathering of reports/statistics.
