I have over 22 years of business management experience in the payday loan industry overseeing daily operations, collections, direct customer service, and product growth. I was also responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, and external marketing. I am a graduate of Robert S. Rogers High School c/o 1998.Currently, I am the Director of Operations for Opteon Appraisal, Inc. (formerly William Fall Group) where I am responsible for overseeing daily operations including maintaining client relations, providing leadership to my CSR staff, solving any internal/external issues that are escalated, communicating expectations to CSR and appraiser staff to ensure timely delivery to clients, following up regularly on due/past due files, maintaining client and internal profiles, and setting an atmosphere that is positive and productive.Previously, I was a Senior Center Manager for Check into Cash from 1999-2005, where I managed the largest loan portfolio in Ohio. I left CIC in 2005 to join Quik Cash, which was new to Ohio. I was successful in growing the loan portfolio there to the largest in Ohio also. In 2016, Checksmart(Community Choice Financial LLC) acquired Quik Cash, and I was able to manage the 2nd largest loan portfolio in Ohio and helped train and staff all 3 Toledo locations, as well as overseeing all daily operations.When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family including my 3 children, sports, camping, and many other outdoor activities.
