CurrentServes as a key member of the division leadership team, providing expertise, guidance and adviceto executive management concerning security administration and information technology riskmanagement. Supervises and performs Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) duties for Special Access Programs (SAP's) and Facility Security Officer (FSO) duties, including day-to-day oversight and management of collateral and program security aspects of active programs. Responsible fordeveloping and implementing security plans and procedures that include SOPs, OPSEC Plans, EAP’s,SAP/SCIF construction, Ff Cs, TEMPEST Surveys, PARs, LOCNs, and other required documents aswell ensuring full compliance to NISPOM, DCID, ICD 705, and DOD SAP Manual (5205.07). Processedincoming and outgoing Visit Authorization Requests (VAR) and Visit Authorization Letters (VAL).COMSEC Custodian. Regular interfaces with Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency(DCSA) and IC personnel. DD Form 254 Administrator. Conducts security and program in-briefs anddebriefings. Fully knowledgeable on SAP/SCIF building and access controls. Manages and tracksprocess of personnel security investigations from initiation through adjudication. Develops andpresents a wide span of metrics to Program Security Officers and program leadership. Security teamlead for federal division. I have often been assigned "delegation of authority" as site Security Manager in his/her absence.
