I led first-class stakeholder management across multiple functions, while defining business requirements, deriving benefits, and building the case under change-control. I managed departmental activities and interpreted new guidelines/KPIs from the regulator (Ofcom) to streamline companies’ processes to meet their business requirements.Following is my key achievements that I attained:• Credited with developing new operating model and organisational design for a £1B revenue product, impacting >5k employees and reducing back office staff by >25%.• Ownership of business case to deliver step-change improvements in customer experience, successfully securing £89m of capital investment.

I ensured global alignment with industry’s best practices to maximise efficiencies of scale, while formulating all paint product globally on the lowest number (highest volume) of raw material. I was recognised as a black belt to lead supply chain and R&D projects to realise efficiencies in the production plants across Europe. I utilised design of experiments and statistical analysis to rapidly bring new products and innovations to the market.Following is my key achievements that I attained:• Technical responsibility for leading the simplification and optimisation of a portfolio of 100+ paint products globally, which account for 250+ million litres and €1.1+ billion of sales annually• Led the successful identification and implementation of a breakthrough solution for improved processing of problematic raw materials, resulting in increasing production capacity as well as reducing batch times by > 40%.• Key contributor to the technical strategy via development of product and technology road maps that meet the needs of the market whilst identifying manufacturing capabilities and gaps.
