Publishes U.S. Army-wide messages announcing the opening of selection boards and publishing results. Interface with the DCS, G-1 and G-3, Army War College, on matters pertaining to PME Programs.

Leadership / Professional Development Liaison for the Officer and Non-Commissioned Officer Education System in the United Arab Emirates Land Forces and Land Forces Institute Armor School. -Worked with senior Land Forces Officers and Noncommissioned Officers to develop the Noncommissioned Officer Career Progression Model for the UAE Land Forces. -Leadership and Tactics Instructor at the Land Forces Institute Maneuver Battalion Commander Course -Manage and administer processes of Leadership Development and Education Committee responsible for all leader development initiatives supporting UAE Land Forces transformation.

Chief operating officer (COO) for a nationwide 501(c)3 non-profit enabling and empowering veterans in their recovery and rehabilitation from wounds, injuries, or illness. Responsible for organizational operations involving programmatic delivery by up to 40 paid employees, 100's of volunteers and 200 beneficiaries and their family members per event. Works with program managers to resource and focus the individual program's goals and operations to attain stated outcomes and achieve the mission of the organization. Advises, and makes recommendations to the Executive Director on strategic and operational subjects

Warrior Transition Battalion Commander responsible for care and leadership of 950 wounded, injured, and seriously ill US Army Soldiers located across a six state region; Leads a diverse multicomponent team of 180 civilian staff and Soldiers, both medical and non-medical, in support of the recovery, return to duty, or transition of Soldiers assigned to the battalion.

Responsible for the planning of training and operations for a US Army Training Brigade consisting of seven battalions and training of 17,000 Initial Entry Soldiers. Oversees accomplishment of training to standard. Establishes priorities for training, leadership development with limited resources. Advises brigade commander on all aspects of brigade operations.

Responsible for the oversight and synchronization of staff operations in a one station unit training armor battalion that trains armor crewman for the US Army.

Recovering and rehabilitating from wounds received from an explosively formed projectile roadside bomb while on mounted patrol in Baghdad, Iraq in October 2006. o Returned to active duty after over 25 surgeries to his hands, left arm, and right leg.

Responsible for planning, preparation, and execution of training and operations of a mechanized infantry task force in Germany, Kuwait, and Iraq. Seriously wounded while on mounted patrol in Baghdad, Iraq in 2006.

Responsible for the planning and resourcing of training for a US Army mechanized division forward deployed in Germany consisting of over 20,000 military and civilian personnel.

The US Army Command and General Staff College (USACGSC) educates and develops leaders for full spectrum joint, interagency and multinational operations; acts as lead agent for the Army’s leader development program; and advances the art and science of the profession of arms in support of Army operational requirements.

Cavalry troop commander responsible for the training, readiness, health, and welfare of 75 Soldiers. As an opposing force commander, led tactical operations of a force composed of up to 100 vehicles and 500 Soldiers to enable the training of US Army units at the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, CA. o Organization was recipient of the Draper Armor Leadership Award. o Organization was three time recipient of the "Tiger Jack" Award for tactical excellence.
