The Life is about falling, getting up, learning and moving on.It is good to be surprised by production inputs, because I feel useless without these impacts.I've had experience from leading of the almost 60 employees. This exercise gave me a lot but also took me a few things, which helps me to develop myself.I improved departments by Lean tools or by new planning system or by new adaption system of the employees etc.I've had experience from corporation management.Transfer of the new materials, process, technology etc. to the production. Discussion with product managers about quality, customer needs, training of the sales or operators etc.It is huge chain with a lot of circlet which creats me as a better manager who is able to manage different work...
