David is a project development professional with over forty years experience encompassing all aspects of energy based projects and plant from power plant operations and maintenance to the commissioning, testing, troubleshooting, project management, engineering design, sales, marketing, business and project development of energy projects, products and services locally and internationally.Over thirty years have been devoted to business and project development of capital projects. This included technology transfer and implementation, feasibility studies, technical, commercial and contract negotiations for energy based capital projects. In this role David was responsible to corporate management for business development of the full range of AEE products and services which included Steam and Power Generation, Waste to Energy (also referred to as Energy from Waste), Atmospheric Pollution and Control and Combined Cycle Power Plants for the Oceania region and including S.E.
