I have responsibilities, on behalf of Data & Analytics, that span a number of disciplines including;-Lead franchise facing architect for Data Management, Risk & Finance-Pivotal role in developing the Bank's Data Strategy and transitional approach, including outcomes, capabilities, enablers & dependencies. -Ownership of the Bank wide Data Council, Data & Analytics Technical Design Authorities and associated solution design Working Groups. Primary focus to ensure alignment (of designs) to Bank strategies, principles, standards and patterns.-Owner of Natwest Data Architecture Governance: Ownership of Data & Analytics' Technology Roadmap, Development of a Bank wide control framework to control and measure data architecture changes, Definition of bank wide KPI's, KRI's and OKR's to track the bank's strategic progress,-Design & implementation of an automated reporting system to visualise strategic progress, covering 150+ measures across multiple views (Group, Domain. Sub-Domain etc)-Owner of the Architectural milestones for the Bank's Regulatory Oversight Programme: Development of foundational data artefacts to support the federated, strategic delivery model. Data Architecture policy definition, including roles & responsibilities of data ownership. Review strategic alignment of the '23 Investment Portfolio (250+ programmes assessed)-Operational support to the Head of Data Architecture: Budgets, forecasts & secretariat-Mentor to a number of individuals across multiple disciplines

Responsible for defining and implementing a Data Strategy for our Risk and Finance functions. This includes oversight of the delivery portfolios to measure alignment of proposed solutions designs and work with delivery teams to enhancing that alignment where opportunities present.With specific emphasis and responsibilities around Data Sourcing, the objective of the role is to lift current in-house processing to the Cloud and create value through enhanced capabilities of cloud tooling, including data processing, lineage, modelling, controls and AI/ML.
