“David Haller is the National Operations Manager of the Masterplanned Communities construction division at Mirvac. David has been an inspirational leader within the construction industry for over 25 years and has spent the last 21 years at Mirvac. During his rapid rise within Mirvac he has traversed all facets of the construction business. During his tenure at Mirvac, David has consistently looked to improve the efficiency of the construction business through well planned innovations and was selected as one of the first “Innovation Champions” in the Mirvac Group which provided extensive training and understanding required to apply innovation using a structured methodology. Recently at Mirvac, David has successfully developed and implemented various business improvements, including business process efficiencies, technology initiatives and most recently an Australian first, a radicalised construction delivery methodology which contributed to Mirvac placing 3rd in the 2015 national BRW award for most innovative company. David’s passion, dedication and commitment toward business improvement has always come from a humble approach towards the opportunity to operate the most efficient, successful and reputable construction company, whilst delivering a product to the customer that is of the highest quality and performance.
