I am an attorney who handles residential real estate transactions and condominium matters. Licensed in both Massachusetts (located in Marblehead) and New Hampshire (located in North Conway).I began my career in the early 1990's as an Assistant Attorney General in Massachusetts in the Consumer Protection Division, focusing on Insurance Company regulation and violations. During that time I spent a four month period assisting the Essex County District Attorney's Office in the Lawrence District Court as a Special Assistant AG for trial experience, as well as becoming a Certified Mediator.In the mid 1990's I left the Attorney General's Office to start my own practice where I did a variety of cases, including real estate matters. Soon thereafter I became a partner in the firm of Deitzer, Moran, Abraham & Hallett, which was a firm in Downtown Boston handling real estate related transactions.In the early 2000's, I created Hallett Law Offices, which would later become Hallett Closing & Title. I had offices in Boston, MA, on the outer Cape, Winchester MA and then in New Hampshire as well, where I obtained both my Attorney Bar License, and Title Company License to handle real estate transactions throughout New Hampshire.I currently handle real estate transactions from Central to Eastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod, as well as all of New Hampshire.
