• Los Angeles, CA (2009)Re-located by Perry Ellis to California to re-structure sourcing and production for the ladies brands C&C and Laundry.
• Managed the transition in domestic sourcing from CM to full package for C&C to lower the companies risk and better understand the actual cost of the garments.
• Worked closely with the fabric development team and domestic mills to control the shrinkage and torque of the PFD piece goods for C&C. Instituted stringent testing requirements.
• Negotiated in conjunction with the fabric development team a savings of 15% per yard on a core fabric for C&C while at the same time upgrading to Supima yarns.
• Successfully sourced a lower cost C&C label knit program in Pakistan to be able to achieve the margins required.
• Worked with established factories in the Laundry division to shorten their production lead time so we could buy later.

• Brought on board as part of a transition team to convert from a US manufacturing base to world wide sourcing. Responsibilities included casual bedding, curtains, drapes, towels and sheets.
• Re-sourced Micro cotton towel program at a 20% savings in India.
• Implemented Jacquard/Chenille window program for JCP in China with a projected usage of 250,000 units a year.
• Developed a 310 count sheet set made in Pakistan.

• Responsible for sourcing all aspects of woven shirts for the following divisions: Arrow, Van Heusen, Private Brands and Geoffrey Beene.
• Purchased over 1 million dozen shirts a year.
• Developed and guided a sourcing team which consisted of the foreign offices, an associate sourcing director, two sourcing coordinators and a production analyst.
• Initiated strategic partnerships with factories in China, Bangladesh and India to insure the sharpest price, best quality and timely delivery.
