• KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Joined the ranks of this early-stage health technology startup, bringing several new “smart scale” products to market including the NutraTrack Mini, C19 Kitchen Scale, and Chef Baking Scale. Responsible for developing and maintaining sales channels with top online retailers including Amazon, Costco.com, Ebay, Sur La Table, Touch of Modern, Wayfair, and Zulily. Manage all aspects of customer service and international sales for the company, working in a fast-paced startup environment with limited constraints. • ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Forged relationships with Amazon, Costco, and various U.S. and Canadian retailers – as well as Chinese suppliers. Drove sales from $0 to $500k+ annually with sales of over 15,000 units in that time. Managed supply chain in China and a distributor in the United Kingdom. Managed daily shipments of products according to deadlines stipulated by platforms with a 100% success rate, both domestically and internationally. Responsible for coordinating orders/shipments to the United States and China between the primary manufacturer and all other parties. Contributed to product design and customer service measures that led to ratings of 4.5+/5 stars on the Amazon platform and 4.8/5 stars on Wayfair.
