Current Advised military executive leadership and communicated the needs and accomplishments of the clinic. Provided guidance on regulatory compliance to military policies, ensuring adherence to federal medical regulations. Managed and coordinated the efforts of 60 military staff, 40 civilian government, and contractor employees. Ensured standards were maintained in all areas to meet the high level required by the Joint Commission Survey and Medical Inspector General. Provided mentorship by developing sailors through career milestones, including 3 meritorious advancements, 17 reenlistments, 4 technical expertise school applications, and 3 officer program selections. Orchestrated 77 tenant commands by reducing no show appointments by 50%, improving access to care and reducing wait times by 3 weeks, greatly improving the mission readiness of the Pacific Fleet Ballistic Missile Submarines. Coordinated bi-weekly meetings with staff leaders to brief the Officer in Charge, giving valuable mentorship and training to both commissioned officers and junior enlisted.
