Assisted Director of Worldwide Advertising with managing Madison Avenue and international accounts for the distinguished business monthly - The Harvard Business Review. Supported global branding efforts, assisted business development by identifying and researching prospective advertising clients which lead directly to new sales accounts. Performed demographic studies and provided analytical support to publishing and advertising offices.

As a member of the Strategic Services Group’s quality control team, analyzed, reported and reconciled Commercial Mortgage Backed Security (CMBS) loan documents and data, including mortgages, rent rolls, financial statements, property reports, and underwriting reports for multifamily, industrial, self-storage, retail, office, hotel, and other commercial mortgage loans to insure that the bank’s CMBS database contained accurate information. All changes or corrections required of the Underwriting, Closing and Asset Management Groups were based upon reported detailed analysis of all documentation for a particular loan. Coordinated with the bank's accountants to ensure that all legal, financial, and third party information provided to the CMBS investors on all loans in connection with all CMBS securitizations was accurate. Additionally, responsibilities included researching and analyzing borrower ownership on CMBS loans in order to track the bank's market exposure and determine their risk with respect to certain borrowers.

Asset Management Technologies' Client Services Group specializes in the development and implementation of commercial lease administration software and the abstraction and auditing of lease file documents for the portfolio management of national and international commercial real estate holding firms. Initial duties included the auditing of Gross, Net, and Percentage commercial leases by analyzing legal and third party documents such as lease agreements, rent rolls, financial statements and property reports to insure that all data regarding individual properties was reflected accurately in client’s database. As Senior Auditor, responsibilities included reviewing final audits of other reviewers’ information prior to being forwarded to client's general counsel and accounting for reconciliation and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance.

Managed daily operations for eight properties within the $2 billion portfolio of Cooper Square Realty Inc., a top Manhattan real estate firm specializing in the management of luxury condominiums, cooperatives, and commercial property, sales & leasing services, and investment consulting.
