Process: Develop methods of gathering data/demand, creating/communicating/actioning plans and factoring learning into future iterations.Tools: Provide systems to streamline and accelerate reaction time and avoid “boiling the ocean” planning cycles.Measure: Create the key supporting tenants of the vision that can be quantitively measured. Establish targets, reward success and mentor those falling short.Respect: Through success establish Supply Chain as a key and trusted business partner.
