I am currently Group CEO and a Director of Hammons Holdings, the parent company of Australia’s two premier tourist attractions Scenic World and BridgeClimb. I am currently looking for Non-Executive or consultancy roles where my skills, knowledge and network and can help create growth. I lead the team that saw Hammons Holdings appointed to operate tourism activities on the Sydney Harbour Bridge in October 2018 following a rigorous tender process driven by the NSW State Government. As Scenic World’s former Joint Managing Director, I worked alongside my sister Anthea Hammon and we lead the business through a sustained period of growth and innovation, including a $30 million redevelopment of the iconic Scenic Railway. Using my background in commerce and economics, I created the diversification strategy for Hammons Holdings. Hammons Holdings’ is a cornerstone investor in Sydney Zoo in Blacktown, and I sit on the Board of Sydney Zoo. The company is an investor in the URBNSURF Melbourne project.

Scenic World has been owned by my family for over 65 years and we are the most visited privately owned tourist attraction in Australia with over 850,000 pax a year. We have three other attractions, the Walkway, a elevated boardwalk through the World Heritage Listed rainforest, and two cable cars the Scenic Cableway, also providing access to the valley along with the Railway, and the Scenic Skyway, that transits between the cliff tops and has a switching glass floor. Scenic World also has 3 food outlets and the largest souvenir shop in Australia.In 2007 we were winners of the Family Business Australia, National 3rd Generation Family Buinsess of the Year Award and the Telstra Medium sized business award for NSW.
