My position involved on-site management of day to day activities, actual completion of work, managing other employees/subcontractors, and interacting with customers. The majority of projects completed were residential remodeling projects. Most were high end kitchen remodeling projects or complex room additions. We also completed a large amount of projects in older Clayton homes where complicated structural work had to be completed. I gained a lot of problem solving skills in this position.
