Responsible for managing the workload of the development team, successfully maintaining and enhancing the Single Customer View (SCV) used to drive marketing automation and downstream integrations for Volkswagen Group (VWG) - across all brands (VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda, VW Commercial and VW Financial Services). This was to allow a shift to a common platform across the group and improve visibility. Recent Project:Accountable for the delivery of Phase 1 of an ongoing e-commerce project, that brought together key product information and technical data in 5 languages. There were challenges bringing all the data together from each country as well as integrating with product selection tools in the UK and Finland.
