Evaluate program outcomes, ensuring alignment with goals. Lead CASA DC’s compliance with National CASA best practices and actively participate in network initiatives. Provide professional development for staff and volunteers and stay informed on legislation affecting children.

• Led organizational development professionals to promote rigor and operational efficacy, growing our network by 50%, while driving network coherence.• Managed multiple teams with over 26 total staff and ensured fiscal responsibility and federal compliance in the management of budgets totaling over $6 million annually.• Designed, implemented, and curated annual processes, products, and services for consistent program implementation across our national network, making Experience Corps competitive for federal funding.• Secured multi-million dollar grant to expand the EC network into out-of-school time.• Crafted grant proposals securing over $10 million in funding.• At the outset of the pandemic (April 2020 - September 2020), served as Interim VP when 3 key leadership vacancies existed.• Led the processes for 100% of EC programs to remain open and to shift from all in-person tutoring to virtual tutoring delivery by fall of 2020.

Led retooling field operations approach in creating and sustaining a network of 200 independent non-profit organizations, with a focus on strategy, implementation of technology, and full-service field support; facilitated data-driven, continuous improvement system with internal and network-wide teams to elevate quality; led the team responsible for fully implementing an internal accreditation system of nonprofit business practices and Integrated Student Supports with fidelity to the CIS model; lead collaboration with state leaders to support affiliate organizations in demonstrating quality practices.
