• Imaged and migrated TMMMS users’ Windows 7 64-bit laptops and desktops with their site-licensed enterprise applications using Windows Easy Transfer, to upgraded Lenovo laptops and HP Elite Desk desktops, then support their transition to the new equipment;• Recorded inventory changes in the TMMS Asset Management system;

· Worked at the Dole Foods corporate office as an onsite support consultant for an Active Directory consolidation project, documenting user procedures and remediating AD consolidation issues in a Windows 2003, 2008R2 and 2012R2 enterprise environment:• Participated in remote Win2008 R2and 2012 R2 server upgrade sessions managed by off-shore Microsoft deployment consultants;• Documented user procedures for stake holders for the use of the Quest Migration Manager Ver. 8.10 tool;• Modified and applied Group Policy Objects (GPO) across AD forests using the GPMC tools and Advanced Group Policy Management (AGPM 4.0) tools;• Remediated user and computer account migration issues using standard Windows AD management tools and Dell Change Auditor Ver. 6.51;• Worked in VMware vSphere Ver. 5.5.0 virtual folder configured with workstations, DCs and a QMM 8.10 server, to test and remediate procedures in a test lab environment.

· In Oct., 2013, I worked at Nashville IT facility, meeting with project stake holders and other Team Leads, to define, build and document Win 7 deployment processes:• Participated in Win 7 deployment process training sessions/role play in the stages of a standard Win 7 deployment. The sessions were managed by Microsoft deployment consultants;• Tested and documented XP to Win 7 deployment procedures using the SCCM12 and USMT profile backup tools;• Tested and documented the Microsoft Disk2VHD backup and HyperV recovery procedures.• Worked at the Phoenixville Medical Center in Phoenixville, PA, from 11/14 to 2/14:• Worked with the hospital IT staff to plan and complete “in-place” and “replacement” Win 7 migrations;• Organized and documented Win 7 test migrations, capturing process times and best practices for the “inplace” and “replacement” procedures;• Worked with Microsoft deployment consultant to design and build a share point site that tracked completed Win 7 migrations;• Used the “replacement” and “inplace” procedures to complete Win 7 migrations, based on the requests of the internal IT staff.· Worked at other CHS medical centers in the Southeast US from 2/14 to 4/14:• Imaged and configured Win 7 hosts, based on different department configurations;• Deployed Win 7 workstations, WOWS, and network printers;• Completed Quality Assurance procedures to track the progress of the site migration.
